How do I access purchases on FHE?
How do I find my purchases on TPT?
To find your FHE purchased resources on TPT, follow these steps:
All resources purchased from the FHE Resource Shop or our TPT shop are delivered electronically. Since you can’t return a PDF, Word document, Powerpoint, or other file once you have downloaded it, all sales on our website and TPT shop are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
We do understand that sometimes things don’t always go as planned, so we may offer a refund in very limited circumstances. If you purchase falls into one of these exceptions, you MAY be eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase and are granted on a case-by-case basis.
Exceptions that may apply:
1. Damaged file (that can not be fixed by our team and issue can be reproduced by our technical team)
2. Missing Content
3. Preview or description misrepresents the resource (must provide proof)
4. Duplicate purchase (example: you purchased on TPT and then purchased on FHE or vice versa and can provide proof of duplicate purchase)
If your purchase meets any of these guidelines, you can email us at support@farrahhenley.com and your request will be reviewed and a decision will be made within 7 business days.

Although we strive to never make a mistake, our team is HUMAN. We will not issue refunds for grammar, alignment, printing, or other FIXABLE mistakes that may occur.

To share with your team, multiple teacher licenses MUST be purchased.
Each download at FHE is only licensed for one teacher, in a single classroom. You may not upload to a shared drive or email the resource to another teacher.

Our curriculum team will work hard to get hte mistake corrected ASAP and the file updated. Once the update has been made, you will be notified by email and you can download the corrected file in your account.
We DO NOT send files through email. Unfortunately, we have had some claim a mistake and ask for us to send them the updated file and they never purchased the resource. To avoid this, all updates will be available in your account once the new file is uploaded.
Absolutely! At FHE, we are always learning and updating our knowledge with current best practices and research. Farrah is a veteran teacher with over 25 years of experience teaching preschool through 5th grade and as a homeschool mom and grandmother.
When we create our materials, we use current Common Core standards and Texas Essential Skills and Knowledge to ensure that grade level expectations are met.
We also have curriculum team members that are LETRS trained, keep up with science of reading recommendations and best practices, and continue each year to send our team to trainings so that we provide you with resources that are going to have the biggest impact in your classroom.
100%!!! Farrah is a former homeschooling mom and current homeschooling grandmother and many of our curriculum team members are currently homeschooling with FHE materials. You can use our materials to supplement your current curriculum or our full curriculum resources to teach your young learners. Go at your own pace or just use our materials as review of skills. It’s up to you!

We are one of the few teacher seller businesses that allow their resources to be used as a private tutor or for classes you teach on Outschool®. There are some rules that you must follow to be compliant with our terms of use.

We wish everyone here at FHE was a printer expert. Unfortunately, that is physically impossible with all the different brands and styles of printers on the market. But there are some basic settings we can suggest.
All of our resources are created in standard letter 8.5×11 inches format (horizontal or portrait). But some printers just act funny and need some tweaking.
Please make sure your PDF reader is fully up to date with the latest version. We recommend Adobe PDF Reader (FREE).
On your printer settings, select FIT TO PAGE on the scaling. If this doesn’t work, use the scaling to scale down or up and print one cover page of a resource to find the perfect fit.
If your printer is printing black boxes over certain content but it looks right on your screen, try printing the PDF as images. This setting is usually found at the top of the print box.
If these steps do not work, please contact your printers manufacturer for further troubleshooting. We have printed every resource here at FHE and know they will print correctly.

We are excited that you love your LCME membership so much you want to share it with your fellow educators.
This violates our Terms of Use and in order for your co-teachers to use the materials from the membership they must have their own membership.
We make this easy if you have a group of 5 or more you can get a grade level discount on the membership. We even accept school purchase orders.

To purchase a school or grade level membership to LCME, please email support@farrahhenley.com with the total number of licenses needed and a member of our customer success team will generate a proposal with the proper discount for you to provide to your school admin. Once a purchase order is provided and paid in full, we will gather all the information about the teachers that need licenses and set up their accounts.
The membership access will be for one year and will not be renewed unless a new PO is provided and paid. Access to the centers will end and all teachers will need to renew on their own at the end of the year unless a new PO is received and paid for in full.
Searching for the centers you need each week is simple. We have tagged center activities with the standards from both CCSS and TEKS that best fit the activity. This doesn’t mean that the activity can’t also be used for another standard but we have tried to tag them with where they fit best.
You will choose first if you are a CCSS school or Texas school. If your school doesnt’ follow either of those standards, we recommend choosing CCSS.
Under each dashboard you will find a grade level menu at the top. Choose the grade level you are in currently first. Then choose the domain that the skill you need falls under. Then choose the standard.
We are working to also add a search feature for skill tags that will be coming soon.
You can access your membership from any computer that has internet access and allows you to access outside webpages. Some schools may block outside websites and we can not do anything about that. Please contact your school IT department for help with this issue. Our site is secure and you should be able to access from both home and school.
We love taking requests. Our curriculum team has a list of them! Please use the form inside the members area to make a request for an activity for a specific standard or skill.
Your monthly membership is a recurring membership. This means, your payment method on file will be charged on the same day each month based on the day you signed up. If you signed up on the 11th of the month, your membership will renew on the 11th of each month. If you signed up on the 31st of the month, your membership will renew on the 30th of the month for months that do not have 31 days.
If you need to cancel your membership for any reason, you must do so at least 3 business days prior to renewal to ensure that your membership cancels before the renewal date.
We do not offer refunds for monthly renewals. If you request a cancellation after the renewal date, your membership will be canceled and access will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

When we first began creating resources, we used programs that are probably already available on your computer. We used Powerpoint (PC) and then Keynote (Mac) to create our resources and then saved them as PDFs to be distributed to teachers in our shops.
Now, nearly 15 years later, we use more professional programs like Adobe Illustrator and Affinity Publisher. These programs were designed for print publication and have more tools that allow us to create a more professional look and feel to our resources.
When getting started, we recommend using what you have…but also stay away from word processing programs as these were not designed for creative projects.
Canva is also a great tool if you want to get started with something other than PPT or Keynote.
Most of our clipart and fonts have been purchased through reputable sources like Teachers Pay Teachers, Etsy, and even artists websites. We always purchase clipart that have commercial licensing and never use clipart from free sources on line as we can not be sure they are allowed for commercial use. The same rules apply to fonts that we use in our resources.
Make what you are already using in your own classroom. You can’t be the expert at everything. But you are an expert in your classroom. Start there, then get more training for other areas before branching out!
