Episode Takeaways
While physical manipulatives are powerful tools, there is a place for digital math manipulatives that we can’t overlook. In today’s video/episode, I am going to share with you 5 reasons digital math manipulatives should be a part of your classroom as well as some of my favorite digital manipulative resources.

I haven’t always been a fan of digital math manipulatives. I have used them occasionally when teaching whole-group and for demonstrating on the smart board while students worked with physical manipulatives at their desks. It has always been my belief that getting their hands on the manipulatives was way more powerful when exploring math concepts.
