Hours of Operation

Because we are a small business and our team is made up of working teachers and stay-at-home moms, we maintain business hours that allow us to assist you but also respect the lives of each of our team members. We believe in maintaining a work-life balance that is both healthy and sustainable and aligns with our company values of family first…ALWAYS! 

Below you will find our normal hours of operation, however, we respond to customer inquiries in the order they are received. 

We strive to respond within 24-48 hours although during busy times like back to school these times may be greater. Thank you for your understanding.

We strive to resolve any issues or questions you may have as soon as possible. Please understand that we are a small business and staffed by working teachers and moms.

Our normal business hours are Monday-Thursday 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. CDT. We typically reply to all inquiries within 24 to 48 hours.

If for some reason you have not received a reply within that time frame, you can reach back out to us with a friendly nudge. During busy times like back to school, replies may be delayed due to the volume of inquiries we tend to receive. Thank you for understanding.

If you grabbed one of our limited time offers, we sent those through email to your inbox using the email you entered when you purchased. We are working to move those over to customer accounts here on our site. But, you can reach out to use using the form above if you need assistance.

Often, going back and forth through email to resolve certain issues can waste precious time that you as a teacher are already short on! We will only call you if we believe it will save time getting your question answered or issue resolved and we will text you before we call so you know it's us and not a telemarketer. You will never receive calls from us trying to sell your something! PROMISE!

Special Note: We know you are busy during the day in your classroom. We won't call you during the school day! We will send you a text asking for a good time to call before we reach out by phone!

This isn't a frequently asked question but we know it happens! We work hard to make sure that our teaching resources are mistake free! We have a team of editors and proof readers that go over each of our resources before they are put out on our virtual shelves.

However, we know we are human! If you ever find a mistake in our resources, use the form above to reach out and let us know! 

We will need some information when you reach out that will help us solve the issue quicker!

  1. What is the exact name of the resource?
  2. Where did you purchase the resource? (ie. here from the shop, special limited time offer, TPT)
  3. What are the details of the problem? (please include page numbers if applicable so we can get the issue fixed faster).

The great news is, you don't have to have Dropbox to access your resources. We understand that many schools may block Dropbox from opening when using a school computer on a school network. We have taken steps to make your downloads initiate a direct download when you click on them in your account. However, sometimes school networks will block these as well.

Unfortunately, this is the result of many schools taking as many precautions as possible to protect students and teachers like you are just caught in the net.

If this happens, we recommend downloading on a home computer, mobile device, or tablet and then emailing the files or uploading to your own file storage that can be accessed from school.

There are so many available printers on the market, it is impossible for us to provide technical support for all of them. 

Most of the time, the issue is a simple fix. 

  1. Make sure you have the most up to date version of Adobe Reader. Do not try to print from the previewer on your computer. Open the PDF file with a reputable PDF program like Adobe Acrobat Reader.
  2. When printing, select the setting that sets the file to “fit to page”. This is different for every printer but should be very visible from the print window when you initiate printing.
  3. If the above steps do not solve the issue, you can use the feature of scaling the print size by percentage but this only necessary in very rare cases.

Should none of these resolve your issue, please reach out to the manufacture of your printer. We have tested our files on many printers and thousands of teachers have printed our resources without issue so we know there is nothing wrong with the file. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
