Hey y'all! Farrah Here.

Helping teachers simplify their systems so they can
finally just teach.

I am a former elementary teacher and homeschooling mom with more than 25 years of teaching Preschool through 5th grade. Since 2009, I have been creating resources and training teachers so they spend less time on the to-do list and more time with kids.

my story

A Texas Country Girl Who Never Stops Teaching

Married to my best friend, mom to a proudly blended family of four, and grandma to six. Here is how a classroom teacher ended up helping teachers around the world.

25+ years

In classrooms

Taught preschool through 5th grade in public, private, and charter schools, and homeschooled my own kids when they were littles.

2009

Training teachers

Started leading workshops, conference sessions, and onsite PD on the systems that worked in my own classroom.

2011

FHE launches

Opened the website and started sharing my resources with teachers across the world.

2016

Life on the road

My husband retired from law enforcement, and we sold everything, bought an RV, and continued building FHE while traveling the country. I continued teaching online.

2020-2021

My World Changes

The world shut down. I spent my time training teachers HOW to teach online. My baby girl had a baby girl, and we stopped traveling so I could be a present grandma.

Today

Homeschooling and Creating

Homeschooling my grand-daughter, building resources, training teachers, and sharing tips that simplify life in and out of the classroom.

What I Believe

Teachers are not failing. Their Systems are.

Simple beats complicated

We often make teaching harder than it needs to be. Clear routines and low prep tools give that time back.

Fix the system, not the teacher

When centers, small groups, and routines run on their own, you get to do the part you love. Teaching.

Learning should be fun

Hands-on, engaging practice keeps kids interested in learning. Learning is a lifelong tool, and it should feel like one.
